Salt and Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium high heat and cook the mince until brown all over.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a pan of boiling water according to the pack instructions then drain, making sure to reserve a mugful of the cooking water.
Add the pasta to the cooked mince and stir in the marmite. Add a glug of the reserved cooking water and stir the pasta well to make sure everything combines.
Grate over the cheddar and serve.
If you’re a big fan of marmite, you could always add a spoonful extra for an extra marmitey hit!
