Chorizo and Potato Hash with Eggs
This chorizo hash is an absolute banger! It's great for brunch or a quick and easy dinner.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, mustard, onion, chilli powder and most of the cheese in a bowl then season to taste.
Spoon the tuna mix into a baking dish and sprinkle over the remaining cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot all the way through. When the bake is nearly ready, steam or boil the green beans for a few minutes and serve on the side.
