Peanut Butter Nice Cream

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 large bananas, peeled and frozen in slices
  • 20g peanut butter
  • 60ml skimmed milk

Total time: 5 minutes

Method

Place the frozen banana slices and peanut butter in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add the milk gradually to help it come together. You can use the same amount of dairy-free milk (e.g. almond or soya) if preferred.

Enjoy straight away or you can pop it in a tupperware in the freezer to keep for later.

If left in the freezer for a long time, you may want to defrost for a short time before eating to soften it up.
