It makes me so happy reading all of the amazing testimonials from people on my 90 Day SSS Plan, and I thought I'd start sharing some of these inspiring stories on my blog.
"Well what a difference 90 days makes. I'm 64 years old and started this plan wondering if I would be able to do it. Here I am 90 days later fitter, lighter and leaner and I couldn't be happier. So for all those youngsters out there if I can do it anyone can.
Not only has this been a complete lifestyle change for me it's also been an education, I have learnt so much. I used to be an old fashioned meat and two veg cook who's only seasoning was salt and pepper! I have found the wonderful world of herbs and spices, eaten foods I have never eaten before and really enjoyed experimenting with my cooking.
I have enjoyed all 3 cycles but I did struggle with the weights in cycle. Some exercises I had to adapt to suit me for example lunges I just couldn't do. I kept ending up on the floor because my knees gave way so I did step ups instead and was able to do all the reps as for the HIITs I did low impact for all three cycles and I have still managed to lose 8.5 Kgs and a total of 25.5 inches. I am really happy with my results.
I still have more work to do on my tummy and I will certainly keep going and sticking to Joes principals I look forward to a long happy and healthy retirement. Many thanks to you and all of your team it's been great."

I've just been on a book tour in Australia with some awesome healthy food heroes and I asked Luke to share one of his recipes from his new book Eat Clean. These one bowl choc-nut raspberry brownies look nawwwwwty. Take it away Luke.
