Right everyone, I need your help. I've just announced my first ever Schools Fitness Week, where I'm aiming to get 1 million kids feeling the benefits of exercise with live workouts for schools.
You might remember earlier this year when I did two live workouts for schools and students, and over 100,000 kids took part in each session. It was so amazing to see so many people get involved and now I'm taking the next step and aiming to get a million pupils exercising in a week.
School Fitness Week will run for 5 days, with a live workout streamed each day on my YouTube channel at 10am from Monday September 11th - Friday 15th September 2017.
The aim of my schools week is to get more kids active and feel the benefits of exercise. I want young people to see that fitness can be fun and to love it as much I do.
The workouts will suitable for all ages from Primary School through to High School, meaning pupils of all ages can take part.
Every day for a week I'll be hosting a live 20-minute workout with a short warm-up, meaning each session will last around 30 minutes.
After each workout, I'll be asking all schools and teachers to log their details, school name and number of pupils who took part, so I can keep track of who's getting involved.
They'll also be chance to have me come to your school for a live workout.
If you know anyone that might like to get involved - schools, teachers, parents, students, headteachers - please share this and help spread the word.
