Bosh! Hold tight for this tasty Go Go Green Smoothie from the 90 Day SSS Plan. Give it a blast and let me know what you think ...
Ingredients (One serving)
180 ml coconut water
15g almond butter
5g wheat grass
60g raw spinach
20g whey protein
Handful of ice
For smoothie: Add all the ingredients into a blender and half the coconut water blend on high for a minute then add rest of the water. Continue blending until desired texture is reached.
Tips: Adding the liquid in smaller quantities saves it exploding out the top of machine.
