Prawn Cocktail Pasta Salad
Give this delicious pasta salad a go, a super speedy meal that won't disappoint.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the milk, oats, protein powder, cinnamon and baking powder together in an ovenproof bowl or dish until well combined then scatter over the chopped banana and chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds then drizzle over the baked oats before serving.
Smooth peanut butter is recommended here.
You can use the same amount of semi-skimmed milk or dairy-free milk (e.g. almond or soya) if preferred.
