6 Tips for Getting Back Into a Routine

I know it's not always easy to train consistently and getting back on track after some time out can be really hard. Especially this time of year when it's dark and cold and motivation can dip.
That's why we've been busy creating our brand new Get Back On It challenge, designed to ease you back into a training routine and continue your fitness journey. In this 4-week programme, I'll guide and motivate you to slowly build up your workouts each week. We'll keep it simple, we'll refocus and we'll feel amazing.
