Ingredients
Serves 1
- 200g fresh pineapple, chopped
- 30g protein powder, vanilla or unflavoured
- 10g hemp seed hearts
- 200ml coconut milk
- 80ml tinned coconut milk
- 65g yoghurt, such as greek, natural, soya
- 1 handful ice
Method
Mega simple; place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Tips
- Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.
- You can use tinned pineapple if preferred, just drain off the liquid.
