Speedy Chilli Wraps

Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and fry the vegetables together with the fajita spices for 5 minutes until they have softened slightly. Add the black beans and cook for a few more minutes until hot. Season to taste.
Serve the veggie fajita mix on top of the tortillas and top with quark, avocado, coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime.
You can always add some chilli flakes when you add the fajita mix if you want a little extra heat.
You can use the same amount of yoghurt in place of quark if preferred.
