Serves 1

  • 25g chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200ml almond milk, unsweetened
  • 15g maple syrup
  • 15g protein powder, vanilla
  • 30g biscoff spread
  • 40g raspberries


Place the chia seeds, salt, almond milk, maple syrup and protein powder in a bowl and mix thoroughly to remove any lumps of protein power. Transfer to a pot or leave in the bowl then place in the fridge overnight.

Spoon over the biscoff spread and top with the raspberries to serve.

  • The chia pot will need to chill for at least 4 hours to set.
