Joe's 7-Day Sugar-Free Challenge
I sometimes really struggle to eat sugar in moderation. Fizzy drinks, sweets, doughnuts, chocolate – once I start eating, I find it hard to stop. So I challenged myself to go sugar-free for seven days – I ate whole foods only, and avoided ultra-processed foods.
The first few days were tough. I had headaches, cravings, and mood dips. But a few days in, I felt a lift and the cravings faded much quicker than I thought. After seven days, I felt so good.
