Promotion Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This prize draw is run by The Body Coach Online Nutrition Ltd, registered in the UK with registered office at Sovereign Gate, 18-20 Kew Road, Richmond, London, TW9 2NA (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility
To enter this giveaway, you must:
Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Sign up to The Body Coach app during the promotional period and purchase an annual subscription priced at £69.99 as part of our January promotion.
The following are not eligible:
Users who sign up using any other promotion or discount, including but not limited to Blue Light Card.
Users who purchase a monthly subscription.
Employees, contractors, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
How to Enter
Every eligible user who:
Signs up during the promotional period, and
Purchases the qualifying £69.99 annual subscription
will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.
There is one entry per eligible subscription.
Promotional Period
The giveaway will run from:
00:00 (GMT) on 24 December 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) on 2 February 2026
Only subscriptions purchased within this period will be eligible.
Prize
There will be two (2) winners.
Each winner will receive £500 GBP worth of vouchers, which can be chosen from Sainsbury’s, Lululemon, or Apple.
The prize:
Is non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
Must be accepted as awarded.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the stated prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using a verified computerised random selection tool.
The draw will take place within 30 days of the promotion closing.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email address linked to their account within 60 days. of the draw closing.
The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
If the winner:
Does not respond in time, or
Is found to be ineligible,
we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
In accordance with ASA requirements, we may make the winners’ first names and counties available upon request.
If a winner objects to this information being shared, they should contact us. We may still be required to provide this information to the ASA if requested for compliance purposes.
Data Protection
We will use personal data supplied during this giveaway solely to:
Administer the promotion,
Select and contact the winners,
Fulfil the prizes.
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
General
We reserve the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend this giveaway if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
Our decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final.
