Take the 7 Days of Sweat Challenge

I've had so many messages over the past few weeks from people saying that they're struggling with motivation and they're finding it hard to exercise and work out. The weather's changing, it's the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air. So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I'm calling it the '7 Days of Sweat Challenge'.



Now on my YouTube channel is a new series of seven full body, 20-minute workouts. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me at home in your living room, or wherever suits you. 

You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focused. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel happier and more confident. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep going this week and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all through the winter.
