- 60g avocado, peeled and pitted
- 30g protein powder, vanilla, strawberry or unflavoured
- 200ml almond milk
- 60g blueberries
- 20g almonds
- 50g yoghurt, such as Greek, natural or soya
- 50g raspberries
- Handful ice
Mega simple; just blitz all the ingredients together in blender until smooth.
- Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.
