Planning your workouts and preparing your meals is essential for burning fat and for hitting your health and fitness goals. Here's some inspiration from a few of the lean winners who are prepping like absolute bosses.
Prepping your meals is absolutely essential for burning fat and reaching your health and fitness goals. The people that are most successful on my 90 Day SSS Plan are the ones that prep like total bosses. It may seem like a lot of hard work at first, but if you can get organised you’ll put yourself in control of what you are fuelling your body with at all times, and avoid eating junk foods on the go that will slow down your progress.
By spending a couple of hours in the kitchen at the weekend you're boarding the fast train to lean town.
I like to prep my meals a day or two in advance and keep my food in the fridge, but if you’re super busy you can prepare for a whole week at a time and keep your food in the freezer.
There’s no right or wrong way to do this, just plan what you will eat for the week, set yourself some time that works with your lifestyle, whack on some music and get it done. And enjoy it! If you can make this part of your weekly routine it will quickly become a positive new habit in your life and you’ll be eating better food and giving yourself a massive head start on the week.

Now that's what I call some serious "Preppin like a boss" from my client @andioconnorxx on cycle 2 of the 90 day plan. This looks like a lot of hard work and it is. But it's just for a few hours one night and now she's set up for a whole week of progress. No late nights in the kitchen or having to cook and do loads of dishes any night next week.
