This fresh, tasty guacamole is super easy to make and is a banging snack.
3 soft and ripe avocados
1 big tomato, chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Handful of chopped coriander
Throw the avocado, tomato, onion, coriander and chilli into a large mixing bowl. Squeeze in the juice of the lime and add salt and pepper.
Mix and mash it all together into a chunky mix, serve with some fresh chopped carrots or celery.
