Apple Bircher Muesli

This apple bircher muesli from my 90 Day Plan tastes so good and it's a perfect breakfast recipe for anyone in a rush in the mornings.


20g porridge oats

25g vanilla protein powder

15g dried cranberries or raisins 

Pinch ground cinnamon 

65ml fresh apple juice 

1 apple, (such as Cox or Braeburn), cored and grated

30g ground flaxseed

1 tablespoon fat-free natural yoghurt

10g chopped almonds


Combine the oats, protein powder and dried cranberries and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in the apple juice, cover and chill overnight. The next morning stir through the grated apple, ground flaxseed and yoghurt. Scatter over the nuts and serve.
