| Shoulders: Exercise 89 – Lateral Dumbbell Raise
Target Area: Medial Deltoid
Equipment: Hand weights
INSTRUCTION
• Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms bent slightly with hands
forward holding dumbbells.
• Breathing out raise dumbbells laterally (to the side) until arms parallel
to the ground.
• Maintain a strong abdominal, breathe in and lower arms.
NOTE
• Ensure head and neck is maintained in neutral alignment with body and
does not reach forward when arms are raised.
