Start - Foot flat
Position
• Stand tall with hands on hips and one knee raised up in front of the
body at 90-degrees. Brace stomach muscles.
Action
• Maintaining good balance, raise up onto toes, then lower.
• Note: Use chair for balance in initial stages, if necessary.
