| Biceps – Arm Curls
Target Area(s): Biceps muscle - the front side of the upper
arm
Exercises include resistance bands, hand weights or barbell as well as other
pulling movements like chin-ups and reverse grip chin-ups using your own body
weight
 
Position
• Standing with feet shoulder width apart, grip hand weights close to
the side of the body with palms facing forwards.
Action
• Bend elbows and raise hands to shoulders, then lower and straighten
arms.
